Arm to shoulder
- Massage in large circular motions from the fingertips to the shoulders.
Chest
- Massage one breast inwardly with the opposite hand as if drawing a circle.
Waist
- Massage from the bottom up in a circular motion as you try to lift the overall waist area.
Abdomen
- Move in circular motions clockwise starting from the lower right.
Hips
- Move in large circles upward from the lower buttocks.
