Massage to circulate the fragrance throughout the body and breath deeply while enjoying the fine, smooth texture of the body emulsion. Use warmth of your palms to stimulate warmth in your skin.
Pour an appropriate amount of SPIRIT OF AYURA Aroma Body onto your palm and warm up the emulsion by rubbing it with both hands.

Arms
Rub the entire arm from the wrist to the shoulder up and down with using the entire palm. Rub upwards strongly as you inhale from the nose and rub downwards to the wrist gently as you exhale slowly.

Chest
Massage one breast inwardly with the opposite hand as if drawing a circle around the breast.

Waist / Abdomen
Place the palms on your waist and move them as if twisting your waist left and right. Gently massage your abdomen clockwise from the lower right in a circular motion.

Hips
Massage your hips with palms upward from the lower buttocks.

Legs
Massage the entire leg with entire palms from the ankle to the groin up and down. Rub upwards strongly as you inhale from the nose and rub downwards slowly as you exhale.
It makes your hands radiant while soothing your mind with its smooth sensation and aroma.
Areas you feel pain, stiffness or comfort are points of fatigue. Massage those areas carefully.
Pour an appropriate amount (two pearl-sized drops) onto your palm, and warm it up by slowly moving both palms in a circular motion. Apply over entire hands as enjoying the fragrance.

Fingers
Rub up toward the base of a finger in a circular motion while massaging the sides of the finger with your thumb and index finger. Rub down to the fingertip while massaging the top and bottom sides of the finger.

Web areas
Press the web area as if expanding the space between fingers with the thumb. Lightly massage and press the points of Gokoku.

Back of hands
Rub the area between the bones up to the wrist rather strongly with the thumb. Finally, massage the entire back of the hand in a big circular motion.

Palms
Rub the base of the thumb with four fingers from the back of hand. Next, rub up to the fingertips from the wrist with the entire thumb. Finally, press the point of Rokyu as you exhale slowly.
