HOW TO USE

Put one bag (about 30g) of Ayura Active Spa in the warm bath water (about 200l) and gently crumple before bathing. Be careful not to break the nonwoven bag.Body flow bathing in a bath with Active Spa is effective for getting over fatigue and promoting blood circulation.

Bathing method to ease fatigue

Body flow bathing is recommended to ease fatigue or stimulate blood circulation. When you warm yourself and perspire in a hot bath, waste products and impurities are eliminated with perspiration and the body metabolism is activated. You can feel this through a combination of Active Spa and body flow bathing. The warming effect of herbal medicine and the effect of this way of bathing stimulate the entire body flow and ease fatigue to create healthy skin and body.

Put Active Spa into 38 to 40 degree of lukewarm water, and soak only the half of the body below your chest, for about 20 minutes.

If you feel chilly, cover your shoulders with a dry towel.

While in the bath, try the hand massage of reflex points.

You will feel that your entire body is getting warm with better blood circulation.When your body is gradually warmed up, you start to perspire on your forehead, neck and chest. Take deep breaths in the bath. And breathe slowly by exhaling for twice as long as inhaling to stimulate the parasympathetic nerves. The body flow bathing is complete when you reach a relaxed state.
