Use on clean skin after taking a bath or shower.
Apply an appropriate amount as gently smoothing on with the palms.
Perform "BICASSA Body Massage" for the legs under the knees once or twice a week by using the "BICASSA BODY PLATE".

Massage once or twice a week by using BICASSA BODY SERUM and BICASSA BODY PLATE.

Apply an appropriate amount of BICASSA BODY SERUM to smooth over the entire leg under the knee.

Massage one leg by using the Techniques for opening, relieving and flowing. Massage the other leg in the same manner.

Technique for opening

Use the area A of the plate to gently massage the center of the backside of the knee downward. (5 times).

Use the area A to massage along the outer side of the ankle from the lower front to the back upwardly. Massage the inner side of the ankle in the same manner. (5 times each)

Place the area B on the Achilles's tendon as inserting the Achilles's tendon between the two projected points of the plate and gently massage downward. (5 times)

Technique for relieving

Use the curve C to massage the area one finger outside of the shin bone. Massage downward little by little from under the knee to the ankle. (3 times)

Use the curve D to massage between the toe bones on the instep toward the base of the toes. Massage five times and gently press between the base of the toes. (4 lines from the little toe)

Use the curve C to massage the area one finger behind the inner shin bone. Massage upward little by little from the upper ankle bone toward the knee. (3 times)

Technique for flowing

Place the backside of the curve C on the skin and massage slowly as shaping the leg. (3 times)
Under the knee → outer side of the shin bone → instep → inner side of the shin bone → under the knee

Use the curve D to press "kekkai", the pressure point to promote blood flow for a finish.

Kekkai: Area three fingers above the knee cap on medial side.
