HOW TO USE

Can be used on wet hands and face as well as dry hands and face.
Place the formula (the size of two small coins, about 2.5mL) onto the palm and smooth over the skin with the fingertips using a circular motion. Blend well with foundation and makeup and thoroughly rinse off with cool or lukewarm water.
