HOW TO USE

To use as a bath essence
Shake the container well before use as this is a two layer type formula. Dissolve about 25 mL(a single scale graduated on the container) in the bath water (about 200L).
To use as a body conditioner
Pour lukewarm water into a basin. Shake well and dissolve about 12.5mL (a half of a scale graduated on the container) in the water.
Scoop the lukewarm water containing the essence with the hands and massage into the wet body. Lightly rinse off with a shower.

Dissolve NIGHTREAT BATH (about 25mL <one scale graduated on the container> in lukewarm water at 38 to 40 degree(about 200L) and soak your body in the bathtub.

When you feel the body is warmed enough, scoop up the lukewarm water with your hands and sprinkle over your shoulders, neck, chest and arms in a massaging motion. Press the pressure point called "Kensei" to promote blood circulation.

As slowly exhaling, press the pressure point called "Tenchu" and "Koketsu" for relaxation by applying a pressure that feels comfortable for 3-5 seconds.

Kensei…The points where the middle finger touches when placing the fingertips below the side of the neck.
Tenchu…The most protruding points of the muscles on both sides of the hollow in the nape.
Koketsu…The point below where the ribs meet each other. The pit of the stomach.


Body conditioner

Makes dryness-prone skin smooth and moisturized. Use when taking a shower instead a bath.

Pour lukewarm water to fill a half of a basin. Pour the amount up to a half of a single scale graduated on the container into the water and dissolve.

Scoop the water with the hands and smooth over the chest and the neck while quietly breathing out. Feel relaxed and enjoy the fragrance while massaging with a circular motion.

Smooth over the arms, waist, hips and legs in the same manner. Press the pressure point called "Kekkai" for 3-5 seconds while breathing out. Apply a pressure that feels comfortable for you. Lightly rinse off with a shower.

Kekkai…The point on top of the three fingers placed horizontally above the kneecap.
