Shake well before use, as it is a two-layer type formula.Dissolve about 25 ml (up to the indicated line on the measuring cup) in the bath water (about 200l).It provides about 10-times supply.Meditation bathing in a bath with Meditation Bath helps increase the relaxing effect.

Bathing method for relaxing

Meditation bathing is a bathing method to relax both fatigued body and mind. The "buoyancy of bath water" and "your breathing" are the keys to meditation. The harmony of the aroma, color and texture takes you to a world of tranquility and comfort. What has been stagnant inside the body will dissolve to start flowing. Feel the new energy flow.

The most appropriate water temperature is 38 to 40 degree, slightly higher than body temperature. It is effective to put warm water to the higher level of bathtub.
Dissolve Meditation Bath in lukewarm water and soak in the bathtub. Start to meditate and feel yourself in "an earthly paradise".

Once you relax, close your eyes and lean your head back on the edge of the bath. Sit in a comfortable position and stretch your arms out in front.

Release your body by exhaling calmly from the mouth. As you set yourself free in the warm water, your body naturally goes down and so do your arms.

After exhaling, calmly inhale from the nose. Your body gradually floats with buoyancy and your arms go up naturally.

Concentrate slowly on breathing by exhaling twice as long as you inhale with your body floating.
As you continue, the border between your body and lukewarm water gradually blurs, and you will feel yourself merging with the water around you.
Meditation bathing will be complete with perfect relaxation.
